How to stay on top of a wild 'do... Rihanna keeps her locks under control by tying them up on top of her head in a stylish bun.

Rihanna is something of a trend-setter, particularly when it comes to her hair - so expect her latest style to spread around the globe like wildfire.
The singer, 23, hit the Scarpetta restaurant in Beverly Hills with her blonde locks trussed up on top of her head in a large bun.
As she left the high-end eaterie with a doggy bag in hand, Rihanna looked the epitome of cool with her new style.

She wore a casual grey dress with a Fifties-style leather jacket and white Converse hi-tops.

And she obviously enjoyed the food she had at the restaurant, leaving with a paper bag that was likely to contain the remains of her meal.
At Scarpetta, which is an Italian restaurant owned by Scott Conant, Rihanna may have enjoyed one of the following mouthwatering meals.

The delicious spiced hanger steak, which is served with herbed peanut potatoes, caramelized mushroom puree & parmigiano.
Or perhaps she indulged in some organic roasted chicken which is accompanied by caramelized mushroom puree, smoked chestnut spatzle, brussels sprouts and fegato.
Rihanna has been through a myriad of hairstyles since she hit the big time, her bright red locks being one of the more famous (and imitated) cuts, along with the undercut she sported in 2010.

Meanwhile her personal trainer has revealed how the singer, who looked slimmer than ever at the Grammys on Sunday, keeps in such fine form.
The Revolution's Harley Pasternak says the star usually works out at least three times a week for around 25 minutes.
He says she does cycling, skipping, stationary jogging and jumping jacks as part of her regular cardio routine.

But when she is on location for a stretch, she will often up her workouts to five times a week and increase her cardio work from 10 to 30 minutes a day.
Harley - creator of the 5 Factor programme -  told People.com: 'She's got such a beautiful body naturally. With someone like her, it's about the fine tuning.'
In terms of diet, the You Da One singer eats lots of protein, including bean-based foods, and tries to eat five small meals a day.

Her trainer added that most of her exercises can be done in her hotel room or backstage before a show, enabling her to squeeze exercise into her hectic schedule.
Harley says Rihanna is pretty good at sticking to her plan - but will sometimes give in to 'salty cravings'.
'She looks amazing,' he told the publication. 'She keeps getting better and better.'
Rihanna turned heads this week as she waltzed on to the red carpet at the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles.
The singer showed off her fine form in a plunging, split-to-the-thigh black Armani dress, before showing off her figure again during a raunchy performance onstage.
